My partner and I recently spent our Christmas break at a hotel in Berlin. Although we were excited about exploring the city and immersing ourselves in the festive atmosphere, our experience at the hotel left much to be desired.

the staff was helpful, and we had the benefit of just 10 minutes' walk right to victory column. we stayed so close to many city attractions and within 15 mins on foot from grosser tiergarten. it was amazing base for one night, we would be happy to recommend.

The location of the hotel was great, with tourist destinations like the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church being really close to the property. We had a twin room and we enjoyed it. The Mitte neighborhood was definitely worth visiting.

Great location in the heart of shopping district with many eateries and stations nearby. Quick and easy access to airport, with great public transport links to other areas of the city. Breakfast was hearty and offered a good variety of options to suit different tastes and preferences.

The rooms were quite small and dated, with some not having air conditioning, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night in warmer weather. the hotel staff could have been more accommodating and welcoming, particularly when it came to dealing with requests and complaints.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the best shopping district of Berlin and across from the rail station. It's also just next to the iconic Kaiser Wilhelm church. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a double bed and great views of the city. It was a pleasant surprise to have the option to open the windows for fresh air or close them to minimize any traffic noise. The breakfast offered at this hotel was outstanding, with a fantastic view down to the main street Kurfuerstendam. We were impressed by the range of options available, including hot and cold foodstuffs, fresh fruit, and drinks.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Zoo station, making it easy to access transportation options. It is also situated on the main street Kurfuerstendam, allowing for easy exploration of the city. the rooms are comfortable with modern amenities such as TV, safe, and minibar. the staff is friendly and the housekeeping services are commendable. Guests can enjoy a great breakfast in the morning.

The elevator in the hotel is quite slow and small, which can be a bit inconvenient at times.
